Hong Kong Putonghua Vocational School (HKPVS) was founded by Professor Cheung Dan in 1973 and it is the largest and most established language training institute in Hong Kong. HKPVS Kaplan is a key provider of Mandarin training to both Chinese and non-Chinese students. It is also the only Mandarin institute to have successfully attained the ISO 9001:2000 international quality accreditation. Our network centres cover Admiralty, Wanchai, Mongkok, Jordan, and Tsuen Wan.

Most of the HKPVS professional teachers from HKPVS have graduated from well-known universities or institutions in northern China and are native Mandarin speakers. Their excellent result in Putonghua Proficiency Test (PSC Test) has proven their qualifications in teaching its language. They possess extensive experience in bilingual language teaching in Hong Kong and understand the difficulties faced by Hong Kong students in learning Mandarin.
